Systems Engineer / Azure / Tenant Migration

Azure Systems Administrator
Remote (PST time zone)
6-12 month engagement

CDW is adding to our team on the West Coast! In this Systems Administration role, you will:

• Set up, configure, test, and manage operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Conduct ongoing system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and critical processes.
• Maintain network integrity, security, and availability by managing LAN/WAN hardware and software, and implementing network security protocols.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of administration in Azure server and M365
• Experience migrating on-prem to 365
• Experience migrating email and files between Microsoft M365 tenants
• Experience migrating on-premises systems to SaaS, PaaS or IaaS solutions
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud solutions in Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Azure VMs and Windows Server
• Ability to create/maintain/deploy group policies
• Able to manage DNS, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
• Experience managing M365 in a hybrid environment
• Working knowledge of backup and recovery for Microsoft Azure environments
• Experience managing collaboration and VOIP solutions such as Ring Central, Zoom, and Teams
• Experience managing SharePoint user/group access, site migration
