We're seeking a highly strategic and creative SEO Manager Content Lead to drive our global content marketing and organic growth initiatives.
This individual will lead content strategy, creation, and performance reporting for international markets while leveraging LLMs and AI-powered tools to enhance visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Content, and Data Science teams to deliver high-performing, search-optimized content experiences across multiple regions and languages.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead global SEO and content marketing strategy to expand organic reach across new products and regions.

Develop and execute an international content roadmap (articles, videos, visual and interactive content).

Partner with local teams to deliver region-specific strategies for German, French, Japanese, Italian, and Spanish markets.

Leverage LLMs and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) for keyword research, ideation, and optimization.

Conduct comprehensive content performance reporting and present results to executive leadership.

Oversee content production workflows, ensuring on-brand, timely, and SEO-optimized delivery.

Implement technical SEO best practices and collaborate with engineering for optimization opportunities.

Drive content promotion, distribution, and demand-generation alignment with business goals.

Utilize analytics tools to measure performance, user engagement, and ROI of content programs.

4+ years of experience executing SEO and content strategies, including 1+ year in an enterprise or in-house SEO role.

Proven ability to develop SEO roadmaps from keyword research to final content delivery.

Expertise in LLM-driven content marketing and AI tool usage.

Deep understanding of content ROI, attribution modeling, and media mix measurement.

Hands-on experience with CMS systems (3+ years; ideally Contentful).

Proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker, Tableau, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, YouTube Studio, and vidIQ.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content architecture.

Skilled in performance reporting and using insights to guide content optimization.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, and data visualization tools.

Located within the United States.

Experience in B2B SEO strategy.

Industry exposure: Fintech, Payments, Accounting, Billing, Tax, Enterprise Software, or Platforms.

Multilingual literacy in German, French, Japanese, Italian, or Spanish.

Experience with localization, translation, and international SEO (hreflang implementation).

Familiarity with web UX, design principles, and telemetry instrumentation.

SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
