**Qualifications:**
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with technical language and CRM systems, especially OSC or similar
- Bachelor s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience with CRM databases is advantageous
