Baer is looking for an SAP S/4 TM EWM Lead for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SAP S/4 TM EWM Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2
Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM and EWM solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and developers to ensure solution quality and performance
• Manage daily interactions with clients, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution of issues
• Oversee and resolve system incidents and business escalations with a sense of urgency
• Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities
• Coordinate across multiple teams and priorities while maintaining high quality of deliverables

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP TM and SAP EWM
• 10 years of experience in SAP, with deep functional knowledge in SAP MM/PTP, SAP TM, and SAP EWM
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in both SAP TM and SAP EWM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
• Ability to manage critical incidents and escalations effectively
• Strong communication skills to interface with technical and business stakeholders
