Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer CSM + ITSM
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US)
Client Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 10 12 Months
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. This role requires a self-driven professional with deep experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and customization, especially in CSM environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for CSM and ITSM modules

Customize and configure CSM instances (3 environments)

Develop and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers

Build and enhance ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
-
Implement automation using Flow Designer, business rules, and scheduled jobs
-
Design and support performance analytics dashboards and reporting
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and provide technical solutions
-
Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance protocols
-
9 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

CSM expertise is mandatory including customization, configuration, and integrations

ITSM module experience is a must-have

Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs REST, SOAP, MID Server

Strong JavaScript and scripting knowledge

Portal development experience Angular, HTML, CSS

Experience with workflow automation (Flow Designer, business rules)

Basic understanding or exposure to HRSD module

Experience in Performance Analytics and reporting

Experience with UIBuilder

ServiceNow certifications are a plus
