Job Details

Job Title: IT Support Technician / Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Harrisburg, PA ( Onsite )
Duration : Long Term

Required skills:
Strong experience in desktop / end-user support
Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Experience supporting hardware peripherals (printers, docks, scanners)
Familiarity with SCCM , patching, and endpoint compliance
Understanding of Active Directory concepts
Excellent troubleshooting , documentation , and communication skills
Ability to work on-site and follow strict security and safety protocols

Work Experience:
* Deploying PCs and providing end-user support in large enterprise environments (1,000+ devices)
* PC image development, testing, and maintenance
* Supporting PCs in large Active Directory domain environments
* Installation and configuration of PC hardware and peripherals
* Hardware troubleshooting and repair (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.)
* Endpoint security, disk encryption, and antivirus management on Windows and macOS systems
* Active Directory administration and troubleshooting (GPOs, DNS/name resolution)
* Profile and certificate management on Windows and macOS devices
* Remote support using SCCM Remote, RDP, and Apple Remote Desktop (ARD)
* Application support for Microsoft Office 365 on Windows and macOS
* Integrating Macintosh systems into Active Directory environments
* Scripting with PowerShell and VBScript
* SCCM Configuration Manager console queries and reporting
* SCCM OSD Task Sequences creation, optimization, and implementation
* Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Process improvement and change-oriented mindset
* Customer-focused support and relationship building
* Analytical decision-making and evaluation skills
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
* Interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning
