Description
Our client is looking for 2 seasoned Cupid and Radiant certified consultants to support a variety of project and support related needs. At least one of the consultants must be strong in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab.
Role One
Cupid/Radiant backfill support while existing team focuses on implementations
Lights on support - cupid/radiant, help with tickets that come in
Lots of new analysts so the more knowledge the better
Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab support on this role would be a HUGE plus
Role Two
Ideally both Cupid and Radiant certified, but most important is being their IR and Cath Lab SME. This person will focus on all of their invasive related build. Team is lacking in this area in general
They will finish the build with new implementations - things like complex charging related work, shadow charting. Basically needs this person to be their IR/ Cath Lab expert
Also need to then do knowledge transfer with team
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for a strong resource experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting the Epic Cupid (cardiology) and Radiant (radiology) modules. Key duties include analyzing and resolving system issues, gathering requirements from clinical staff, developing system configurations, and creating and executing test plans. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with clinical and IT teams and ensure the systems align with healthcare workflows and organizational goals.
Core responsibilities
System management: Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Cupid and Radiant modules.
Issue resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system and data issues to minimize disruption to workflows.
Project leadership: Manage or co-manage projects related to the Cupid and Radiant modules, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements and design: Gather requirements from clinical users, design solutions, and develop system specifications.
Testing: Develop, validate, and execute comprehensive test plans for new configurations and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to support daily operations and strategic planning.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Training: Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.
Required skills and qualifications
Epic certification in Cupid/Radiant required.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in cardiology and radiology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
