Sustainability Program Manager/Analyst (Onsite;Greenwood Village, CO)
The Select Group's client is seeking a hands-on Sustainability Program Manager/Analyst to join their growing Sustainability Data & Reporting team. This role will be instrumental in tracking and reporting GHG emissions, supporting energy efficiency initiatives, and advancing the company's sustainability strategy. The ideal candidate is data-driven, knowledgeable in GHG accounting, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in corporate sustainability, GHG, and carbon emissions reporting.
  • Familiarity with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
  • Hands-on GHG accounting experience; familiarity with Salesforce NetZero Cloud a plus.
  • Knowledge of greenhouse gas data controls and documentation standards.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Direct experience with Salesforce NetZero Cloud.
  • Background in analyst roles with heavy data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of energy efficiency metrics and sustainability dashboards.
What you'll do:
  • Own GHG inventory reporting, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and dashboards, segmented by scope, goals, and business divisions.
  • Analyze and translate sustainability data into actionable insights that support energy efficiency and carbon reduction projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and site managers to validate data and collect emissions inputs.
  • Support site-level sustainability dashboards and identify opportunities to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
  • Develop business cases for sustainability initiatives, including cost and energy savings analysis.
  • Conduct research on GHG accounting protocols and perform quality checks on emissions reduction initiatives.
