Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role involves managing schedules, scope, resources, and risks across medium to large-scale projects often
involving multiple agile teams. You ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, facilitating communication, and
managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role involves managing schedules, scope, resources, and risks across medium to large-scale projects often
involving multiple agile teams. You ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, facilitating communication, and
managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and report changes to scope or resources.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Act as a liaison between vendors, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication plans.
- Support business analysis functions when needed.
- Mentor other Project Managers and contribute to best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in IT project management).
- Experience managing agile project teams and using tools like JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree is preferred, master s degree is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other similar certification
- Experience with JIRA or similar tool
- 2+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies
