Job Title: Business System Analyst (Systematics)

Requirements
- Min of 3 years' experience as Business Systems Analyst on Systematics
- Functional
- In-depth, hands on experience from a Technology perspective, not a business user
- At least 1 required Deposits, RM, IM, ST
- Optional : Deposits - HX/TX/IT/GN/SC/FM/MA
- Business & System requirement writing skills including
- Custom Screen and Report definition
- Complex function customizations
- Net new functions
- System Use case documentation
- Testing
- Experience with functional manual testing
- Experience reviewing technical or unit testing
- Familiarity with application balancing and GL reconciliation
- Experience working with both waterfall and agile methodology
- Experience in creating user process documentation
Tools
- TSO/ISPF
- PDS & Application Datasets: Ability to ready, copy, create appropriately as needed
- Understanding and function use of SDSF options
- File Aid
- Understanding of basic reading of files
- Ability to map a copybook to a file
- Ability to select records based on positional selection criteria
- Terminal Emulator Macros - Ability to create/work with mainframe macros for screen scraping and data entry
- JIRA, Confluence
- Microsoft Applications, Office applications incl. Excel (Formulas, Filters, Pivot tables), Visio (create diagrams & flow charts), Teams, SharePoint
- Monarch (Optional) - Experience creating data extract models or using them
- Technical
Communications skills
- Experience leading business & technical meetings
- Experience turning data into useful meeting documents
- Ability to communicate to both technical and business audience
- Proven history working as part of a remote team including remote deployments
- Experience turning data into useful documentation for meeting presentation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve the desired end result
- Experience working in cross-functional matrix teams
