What You'll Do
- Develop automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reducing manual efforts and total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Design and implement frontend interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js, ensuring responsive and intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with backend and engineering teams to integrate frontend components with APIs and backend systems
- Hands-on experience in Database Administration and Linux system operations
- Work closely with Engineering teams to report, review, and enhance overall database and application performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Database, Python, and frontend applications effectively
- Participate in and lead various projects, proof-of-concept initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis for high-priority incidents
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 Teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline
- Experience developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using React.js or Vue.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and API integration
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with database design, optimization, and query performance tuning (SAP HANA/Oracle)
- Knowledge of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, testing, and operational workflows
- Experience integrating frontend and backend components for full-stack development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skill
