Role: Celonis Process Mining Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite) Duration: 12 Months
Job Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization: Utilize Celonis Process Mining software to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements to enhance performance and drive automation.
Data Handling: Connect to various data sources, extract relevant data, and perform data transformation and modeling to create insights for process optimization.
Dashboard & KPI Development: Design and develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports within Celonis to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
*Data Modeling*: Develop, maintain, and optimize Celonis data models for process mining, ensuring data consistency and performance.
- *Data Integration*: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Celonis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with process owners, IT teams, and management to translate complex data into recommendations and support the implementation of process changes.
Business Process Management (BPM): Develop business requirements, create business cases, and build transformation roadmaps to drive efficiency using digital enablers like automation.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with teams to share process mining knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Automation Integration: Leverage Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) to integrate process mining with automation solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Qualifications: Experience:
2 5+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis Process Mining or similar tools (e.g., UiPath, Signavio, Minit, Software AG).
Proven experience in process discovery, process analysis, and identifying value opportunities using process mining tools.
Experience with data-driven digital transformation projects, ideally in industries like manufacturing, telco, supply chain, or finance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data handling and processing.
Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, and modeling techniques.
Familiarity with data visualization and creating robust data models in Celonis.
Understanding of execution-oriented solutions within Celonis (e.g., EMS development, dashboard building
