Shopify QA Engineer
Hybrid | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Omnichannel Commerce
We're seeking a Shopify QA Engineer to support the final phase of a WooCommerce-to-Shopify migration ahead of a January 2026 launch. This role will serve as the QA subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and integration across all Shopify stores and connected marketing systems.

Shopify QA Engineer
Hybrid | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Omnichannel Commerce
We're seeking a Shopify QA Engineer to support the final phase of a WooCommerce-to-Shopify migration ahead of a January 2026 launch. This role will serve as the QA subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and integration across all Shopify stores and connected marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA and troubleshooting for Shopify sites post-migration.
- Test and validate third-party app integrations (Klaviyo, Submarine, Reviews, Loyalty, Analytics, etc.).
- Conduct end-to-end functional, regression, and cross-device testing.
- Validate checkout, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel sales flows.
- Partner with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.
Note: Candidates must have direct experience with Shopify QA/QC and DTC environments to be considered.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in DTC/Omnichannel eCommerce QA, with deep Shopify experience.
- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, Liquid, and multi-store environments.
- Familiarity with martech tools (Klaviyo, Submarine, Everflow, GA4, TikTok Pixel, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business teams.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools (Jira, Asana, BrowserStack, etc.).
