Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Support Services Program Manager to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise content management , enterprise capture solutions and IT projects proven track record of delivering quality results.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

  • 10+ years managing IT projects.
  • 10+ years experience working with enterprise content management and enterprise capture solutions.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Familiarity with DPS policies, processes and workflows.
  • Experience managing projects for, or on behalf of, the State of Louisiana.
  • Applicant should have prior experience with large-scale electronic document management systems and workflows.
  • 2+ years experience administering and managing large projects.
  • Experience with rate setting, cost allocation and invoicing.
  • Experience determining and establishing line of service costs.
  • Experience managing task orders.
  • General understanding and experience with electronic document management systems and workflows.
