Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director IAM Delivery to lead and oversee delivery of complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on IAM expertise combined with strong delivery leadership experience. This role requires solid understanding of PAM and CIAM capabilities, as well as the ability to manage client expectations, delivery teams, timelines, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs, ensuring high-quality execution across all project phases.
- Oversee delivery teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Provide subject-matter expertise across core IAM domains, including PAM, CIAM, IGA, SSO/MFA, and Zero Trust foundations.
- Engage with clients to define scope, align on requirements, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle.
- Review and validate solution architectures, design documents, and implementation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodology, governance, and quality standards.
- Resolve delivery risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong core IAM knowledge, including hands-on understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, and identity lifecycle.
- Proven track record in delivery leadership for IAM or cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Expertise with PAM (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea) and CIAM (e.g., Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, Ping) ecosystems.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in high-complexity environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to guide technical teams and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, Okta, CyberArk, etc.)
- Experience delivering IAM programs at scale in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Platform IAM)
