Join a dynamic team as a Creative Program Manager where you'll be the driving force behind innovative gaming projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding player experiences. This is your chance to lead exciting initiatives and make a significant impact in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage collaboration between design, copy, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize program performance and achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation and timeline management across multiple projects to meet milestones.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps that align with the brand's mission and objectives.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in project or program management, with at least 2 years in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Proven success in managing creative programs and delivering results.
  • Expertise in using project management tools such as AirTable and Monday.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with gaming platforms and ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with design systems and creative workflows.
  • Experience with localization and global product launches.
