Role: Technical Product Owner ServiceNow CSM
Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Job Description:
  • Experience of ServiceNow products, including Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • 5+ years of agile development and business analysis or product owner experience
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Strong work ethic, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail when risks or issues arise.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables
  • Ability to understand current technical architecture and designs.
  • Ability to influence and work with others to achieve results
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts in both written and verbal forms to diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Ability to test and validate functionality as a proxy to the business and technical teams
  • Approaches problems from different perspectives to suggest and implement solutions
  • Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and developmen
