About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UiPath Developer to join our automation team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality robotic process automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath, .NET technologies, and SQL. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and support deployment efforts across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop basic automation solutions aligned with business requirements using UiPath Studio and related RPA tools.
  • Customize and maintain automation scripts using .NET framework technologies (C# .NET / VB.NET).
  • Design and build process automation for structured and semi-structured data using tools such as PDF, Excel, and Email automation.
  • Work with relational databases; write and optimize SQL queries to support automation workflows.
  • Deploy, monitor, schedule, and control bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation processes, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with UiPath platform updates and RPA trends.
  • Participate in Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Contribute to version control and code management using Git.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution – we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in place of each year of education
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath
  • Solid understanding of RPA concepts and experience with the UiPath ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot, Cloud)
  • Strong programming skills with .NET technologies (C# or VB.NET), and object-oriented programming fundamentals
  • Proficient in SQL and database fundamentals for data manipulation and querying
  • Experience working with control flow, variables, arguments, lists, and dictionaries in UiPath
  • Hands-on experience with exception handling, debugging, and testing in UiPath Studio
  • Familiarity with UiPath ReFramework, Automation Hub, and concepts of Hyperautomation
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Hands-on experience using Git or other version control tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with end-to-end bot deployment and orchestration using UiPath Orchestrator
  • Exposure to enterprise-level automation initiatives and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, automated solutions
  • Familiarity with web technologies for UiPath integration and extensibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
