Job Title: SAP CRM Integration Analyst | Emarsys + S/4HANA | Azure DevOps
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Join a strategic SAP CRM transformation initiative involving the rollout of SAP Emarsys (Marketing Automation) and SAP Service Cloud v2 (Customer Contact Center), fully integrated with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud ERP. This is a key role driving the data integration and reporting workstream across customer-facing systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support integration activities between SAP Emarsys, Service Cloud v2, and SAP S/4HANA (HCM & Finance).
Capture and document business filtering rules, data flows, and integration requirements.
Define and develop functional and technical specifications, process diagrams, and interface mapping.
Assist in designing a reporting database to archive and retrieve historical CRM case/activity data.
Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years as an Integration Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role in ERP/CRM environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Emarsys.
Hands-on experience with interface design, data integration, and systems of record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio), Azure DevOps, and writing technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills capable of interfacing between business and technical teams.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with marketing automation platforms and customer service solutions.
Familiarity with data warehousing or reporting databases (e.g., for historical CRM data).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
