Posiiton: Successfactors Integration Analyst
Location: EST time zone (if local to Erlanger, Kentucky is preferred)

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have understanding of EC and Payroll data models. This role supports seamless data flow, testing, vendor coordination, and issue resolution across HR and Payroll systems.
You will work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure timely and efficient integration design, development, testing, and deployment.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and deliver integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll and other modules, including both standard pre-packaged integrations and custom interfaces.
Lead and manage End to End integration lifecycle from requirement gathering and vendor communication to testing, deployment.
Coordinate closely with third-party vendors to define data requirements, timelines, error handling mechanisms, and SLA expectations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions by developing Functional Design documentations
Own and deliver integration flows between SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits), and on-premise applications.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation during integration design.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Lead or support integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and documentation.
Keep documentation up to date, including integration specs, flow diagrams, error logs.
Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.
Job Requirements:
3 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central and Payroll integration.
Added value will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, and Workforce Software modules (e.g., Time, Absence, Scheduling).
Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, EC-Payroll replication, and integration best practices.
Flexibility to learn additional SuccessFactors modules and work with senior consultants for skill development.
Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines
Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines
Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives
Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills
Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information
Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
Knowledge of how current trends and process solutions can address identified business needs and capabilities.
