Job Details
- Need Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a successful track record of migrating complex SAP and non-SAP Data Centers (DCs) to the Azure cloud platform.
- The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Azure backup solutions, including a comparative understanding of Cohesity backup, and demonstrate proficiency in AlwaysOn Disaster Recovery (DR) methodologies to minimize downtime during cutover, incorporating replication between on-premises and Azure cloud environments leading up to go-live.
- The SME must have a comprehensive understanding of SQL Server backup and restore procedures, including AlwaysOn configurations for both SAP and non-SAP SQL databases within large transaction environments (5-15TB databases).
- This individual is required immediately to provide oversight and hands-on support to our migration specialists, working under the client framework.
- The SME should be adept at developing and implementing cutover plans, with the ability to quickly establish and execute these plans.
- Given the anticipated go-live within the next one to two weeks, this resource is crucial for providing a final push.
