Job Details

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team. You will play a key role in extracting insights from complex datasets, building predictive models, and helping the company make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses.

  • Visualize data and present findings to stakeholders using dashboards and reports.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production.

  • Continuously improve data processes and model performance.

  • Stay updated with the latest data science trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.

  • Strong programming skills in Python or R.

  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying.

  • Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).

  • Familiarity with deep learning techniques and NLP is a plus.

  • Experience in deploying machine learning models using APIs or cloud services.

  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools
