Senior UX Designer
Location: Wayzata, MN - Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour


Job Summary
As a Senior UX Designer, you will design and develop engaging user experiences for a variety of digital products. Acting as a seasoned professional individual contributor, you will work independently to translate complex user needs and business requirements into high-quality web and mobile features. You will ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and accessibility standards while coaching cross-functional team members to ensure products meet both user needs and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Utilize advanced design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts and strategies.
  • User Research & Analysis: Lead user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on efficiency, utility, and value perception.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
  • Design Iteration: Lead the refinement of designs based on stakeholder feedback and user data to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive UX documentation, including user personas and journey maps.
  • Brand & Accessibility: Provide oversight to ensure all digital products remain consistent with brand identity and global accessibility standards.
  • Mentorship: Stay current with industry trends and coach team members on UX best practices and standard methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in UX/Product Design (5+ years preferred).
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in product design and prototyping tools, as well as in-depth knowledge of user testing software.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects and solve difficult design challenges independently.
  • Communication: Strong ability to influence policies and procedures and communicate design strategies to diverse stakeholders.
