Overview:
Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their Cloud Transformation Program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate spoken and conceptual requirements into clear, detailed documentation.
- Develop technical documents, manuals, and process guides to support cloud transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
- Maintain version control and ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of technical writing experience with a focus on IT or cloud-based projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Preferred Qualities:
- Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly grasp new tools and concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interviewing and collaboration.
- Eager to learn and contribute to the success of the program.
