Role: ServiceNow Agentic AI / Virtual Agent (VA) Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scoped Apps).
Knowledge of ServiceNow Agentic AI / VA and interfacing modules.
Understanding of Agentic AI / VA lifecycle.
Certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
o Agentic AI / VA related certifications.
o ITIL Foundation or Procurement certifications are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
3+ years of ServiceNow Agentic AI / VA development experience.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
