Job Title- Salesforce Developer (CRM - Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions to support business processes and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
-
Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
-
Develop and optimize custom objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
-
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
-
Implement case management, service console, CTI, and omni-channel features
-
Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
-
Perform data migration, data loading, and data cleansing
-
Support deployments using Change Sets / CI-CD tools
-
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support

Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders
