Job Title: Senior Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Developer (Contract Role)

Contract Duration: July 2025 June 2026 (12 months)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States

Project Overview:

Seeking an experienced Senior Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Developer to provide technical leadership and development support for an on-premises upgrade and ongoing maintenance of a legacy ERP system. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, working alongside internal technical teams and third-party implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for ERP upgrade and integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners to validate solutions align with organizational standards.
  • Analyze the current PeopleSoft FSCM setup and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and develop features to enhance the stability and functionality of the system.
  • Participate in functional testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Conduct regular knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal staff.
  • Produce technical documentation, design specifications, and resolution summaries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer with legacy support responsibilities.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, data migrations, and data cleanup.
  • 10+ years of experience developing data archiving strategies and implementations for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
  • 10+ years providing technical expertise for cloud platform migrations and consolidations.
  • 10+ years supporting Oracle Cloud and SaaS products.
  • 10+ years of Oracle database and infrastructure support experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in hybrid government or large enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance, security awareness training, and independent consultant engagement models.

Engagement Notes:

  • Consultant must provide their own equipment.
  • Security training and NDA will be required prior to engagement start.
  • Consultant will submit monthly deliverables and must participate in status reporting and knowledge transfer activities.
