Qualifications and Responsibilities for Data Scientist (Pharma or Research):

  • Ph.D. in Medical Imaging Analysis, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1-5 years of experience applying medical imaging analysis in a clinical setting, ideally within a pharmaceutical environment. This can include post-doctoral experience
  • Demonstrated research experience in medical imaging, with a focus on oncology preferred. Microscopic imaging is not the primary focus of this role
  • Candidates currently working at research institutions or cancer centers with a strong focus on oncology imaging research are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and experience with medical imaging software and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, concise insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
