Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Service, Field Service, and Service Logistics Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Service Cloud and related applications, coupled with a strong foundation in Oracle E-Business Suite Service modules. This role requires proven success in leading multiple end-to-end implementations, driving solution design, and integrating Oracle Cloud applications with EBS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for Oracle Cloud Service, Field Service, and Service Logistics implementation.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions, facilitate workshops, and perform gap analysis to define business needs and align them with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Design and document robust, scalable solutions that integrate Oracle Cloud applications with Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Service Cloud, Service Logistics, and Field Service processes, including case management, work order management, scheduling, service parts logistics, and warranty/service contract management.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solution quality and successful delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering best practices, roadmaps, and recommendations for optimizing service processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of Oracle Service-related experience, with strong expertise in end-to-end service business processes.
  • At least 3 full end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Service and Field Service.
  • Strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite Service modules, including Field Service, Install Base, and Service Contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience with integration design between Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements workshops, gap analyses, and solution design sessions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
