Location: Austin, TX (Onsite Local Candidates Only, within 50 miles)

Job Description:
- Analyze DSHS initiatives and develop business analysis documentation.
- Research, gather, and assemble business/system requirements.
- Facilitate requirement sessions and stakeholder discussions.
- Create as-is/to-be process models and identify operational efficiency opportunities.
- Document recommendations and report project progress to leadership.
- Assist with coordination across multiple related initiatives.
- Support SDLC phases and develop related artifacts such as gap analyses, roadmaps, and use cases.
