Job Summary
We are looking for a Teamcenter Architect with over 10 years of experience is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing large-scale PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter, focusing on technical leadership and enterprise integration within manufacturing and engineering environments.
Job Description Highlights
Lead, design, and deliver Teamcenter architecture and solutions, managing all phases such as blueprinting, configuration, customization, training, cutover, and post go-live support.
Define and implement integration strategies with related enterprise tools like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and leading CAD platforms.
Oversee system upgrades, deployments, and data migration from legacy systems to Teamcenter, ensuring seamless digital continuity.
Expertise in modules such as PDM (Product Data Management), BOM (Bill of Materials) Management, Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT, to ensure PLM roadmap alignment and process optimization.
Mentor and guide PLM implementation teams, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including at least 5 years in solution design or architectural roles.
Deep knowledge of Teamcenter product architecture, integration frameworks, and modules like Part Management, BOM, Change, and CAD integrations.
Experience with Teamcenter server-side programming (ITK, SOA), BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML, and Active Workspace configuration.
Proven ability with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid deployments preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Engineering or related fields; Teamcenter certification is a plus.
Background in manufacturing, industrial machinery, or aerospace domains preferred.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, own specifications, and design documents for Teamcenter solutions.
Lead customer workshops and functional teams, coach implementation resources, and conduct code walk-throughs.
Manage deployments, upgrades, integration, and data migration, ensuring compliance with PLM best practices and enterprise standards.
Support sales processes, develop collateral, and aid business development activities.
Maintain continuing development and refinement of service offerings and methodologies for PLM and Teamcenter.
