Overview

Job Purpose

The Associate Project Manager is part of Ice Mortgage Technology's Client Response Management Team and will be responsible for a variety of non-technical projects. Projects will be focused on client inquiries such as requests for due diligence, proposals (RFPs), assessment facilitation, and information management among others. Typically involves extensive interactions with cross-functional teams of various functional areas within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate in the associate project manager role within the due diligence and client assessment process for inquiries received from lenders, servicers and government entities by gathering, editing and delivering quality content through established corporate standards, policies and procedures with appropriate business partner approvals within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate required business analysis for assigned initiatives.
  • Identify all internal resource requirements for assigned initiatives and work through departmental liaisons to ensure correct initiative participation.
  • Interact with all levels of management for inquiry response collection and approval.
  • Ability to initiate, build and expand key various corporate working relationships in order to effectively collaborate across multiple business channels.
  • Build, maintain and enhance the central tracking repository for enterprise-wide client/regulator inquiries.
  • Manages activities that include identifying clients or business needs and goals, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Knowledge of client inquiry or request for proposal (RFP) process highly preferred
  • Knowledge of mortgage and/or financial services industry preferred
  • Demonstrated skill in managing multiple project timelines and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 especially in Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Prior sales support and/or marketing experience helpful
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
  • Ability to set clear expectations; manage team performance and build high morale among team members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
