Job Details

Role: Electrical Engineer
Rate: $40/hour W2
Location: Schaumburg, Illinois
Schedule: 9am-5pm CST | Fully Onsite

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer II with at least 2 years of RF development experience to join our engineering team. This role is critical in advancing RF technologies and supporting product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RF circuit design, communication theory, and hands-on experience with RF test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, debug, and verify RF circuits for MSI products under redesign.
  • Conduct performance verification testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality engineering solutions on time.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
  • RF Circuit Design & Communication Theory: Strong background in RF circuit design and wireless communication principles.
  • RF Test Equipment Expertise: Hands-on experience using Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters for precise measurement and analysis.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in RF development.
  • Design Expertise: Proficient in PLL, VCO, Receiver, and RF Power Amplifier systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve circuit-related issues efficiently.
  • Software: Familiarity with LabVIEW.
  • Work Style: Independent and collaborative, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
