As part of our growth strategy, we re looking for a Marketing Lead Generator to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for our consulting and technology solutions.

Role Overview:
The Marketing Lead Generator will be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities across targeted industries. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create outbound strategies, manage lead nurturing campaigns, and hand off high-quality leads for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build lists of potential clients in targeted sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, webinars, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and online engagement, ensuring alignment with our services.
  • Develop and maintain lead databases using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Support marketing campaigns by managing email marketing lists, building drip sequences, and optimizing response rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation (case studies, whitepapers, landing pages) to drive lead generation efforts.
  • Track lead generation metrics and provide reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, IT consulting solutions, and competitor offerings to refine lead strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services or consulting industries.
  • Strong communication and outreach skills both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Understanding of IT consulting services (e.g., managed services, cybersecurity, cloud transformation) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience generating leads for IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or digital transformation consulting.
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot Marketing Hub).
  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
