Job Title: Data Analyst / Dashboard Support - Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Dashboard Support Specialist with a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience to help manage, analyze, and visualize data for business reporting. The role focuses on creating and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data trends, and supporting teams with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Identify trends and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
  • Document data processes and dashboard designs for future reference
  • Troubleshoot dashboard issues and respond to user support requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard/report development
  • Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Good understanding of databases and basic SQL
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and ability to present data clearly

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of business processes and KPIs relevant to the industry
