Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for a Data Analyst / Dashboard Support Specialist with a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience to help manage, analyze, and visualize data for business reporting. The role focuses on creating and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data trends, and supporting teams with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Identify trends and generate insights to support decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Document data processes and dashboard designs for future reference
- Troubleshoot dashboard issues and respond to user support requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard/report development
- Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Good understanding of databases and basic SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to present data clearly
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of business processes and KPIs relevant to the industry
