Title: IT - Software Engineer/Architect Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Contract: W2 only, 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $75-80/hr

Overview

This position involves leading full stack Java development within an Agile environment, focusing on REST API development in a microservices architecture. It requires collaboration across various stakeholders and support for production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack Java development using Angular and Spring Boot, focusing on REST API development within a microservices architecture
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with testers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure business value delivery
• Support production implementation and participate in release activities
• Function as a Lead/Architect, utilizing skills in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, SQL/Oracle, Git, and Jenkins

Required Skills

• Lead / Architect experience
• Java, Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices
• SQL/Oracle familiarity
• Experience with Git and Jenkins
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience working on an Agile team
• Written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Python
• Familiarity with Healthcare Revenue Cycle
• Experience integrating with Pega
• Knowledge of Healthcare X12 EDI
