Full Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Windows Systems Support Specialist who excels in administering computer systems with minimal supervision. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a spectrum of tasks, including software uninstallation, repair, and updates, as well as troubleshooting and resolving operating system issues remotely. Acting as a liaison with vendors for technical support may also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive desktop computer support.
- Install and manage application updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Operating System update failures.
- Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from users' computers.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all work for future reference.
- Adhere to established quality standards.
- Proficient in installing software patches and upgrades.
- Familiarity with remote technology and commands.
- Deliver accurate and timely status updates.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
