Full Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Windows Systems Support Specialist who excels in administering computer systems with minimal supervision. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a spectrum of tasks, including software uninstallation, repair, and updates, as well as troubleshooting and resolving operating system issues remotely. Acting as a liaison with vendors for technical support may also be required.


  • Provide comprehensive desktop computer support.
  • Install and manage application updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Operating System update failures.
  • Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from users' computers.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all work for future reference.
  • Adhere to established quality standards.
  • Proficient in installing software patches and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with remote technology and commands.
  • Deliver accurate and timely status updates.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills Required:
