Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Lead Architect to drive the design, architecture, and development of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, front-end architecture, and scalable application design, along with proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, front-end architecture, and scalable application design, along with proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of large-scale, high-performance ReactJS applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to front-end developers and cross-functional teams.
- Create reusable, efficient, and high-quality UI components using ReactJS and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Define and implement best practices in coding, performance optimization, state management, and front-end architecture.
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX/UI, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Review code, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to standards and architectural guidelines.
- Evaluate and implement modern tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and system performance.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decision-making.
- Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in React ecosystem and front-end technologies.
- 8+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS / React.js, Hooks, Context API, and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience designing and implementing front-end architecture for large-scale applications.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, component design, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git workflows, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
