Senior Salesforce Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to guide a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
• This role involves customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs, ensuring integration with third-party systems, and applying best practices for development and troubleshooting.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Apex and Lightning development and will mentor junior developers while collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce applications using Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Lightning.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance overall performance.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Salesforce Apex development and Salesforce Lightning.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, and integration with third-party systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
