pay Range:$47.04-$67.20/Hrs
Description
* Apply technical knowledge to determine integration requirements for databases.
* Serve as a liaison between product owners and development teams to gather requirements.
* Create design documentation, workflows, and data mapping documents.
* Coordinate team collaboration using best practices in Agile methodologies.
* Conduct data analysis to draw business-relevant conclusions.
* Evaluate, test, and recommend enhancement opportunities.
* Work under minimal supervision to develop creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business partners to capture and document requirements.
* Work with designers and subject matter experts to develop screen mockups.
* Map data from source to target tables.
* Interface with development teams to ensure understanding of requirements.
* Review QA scripts as needed.
* Manage user acceptance testing cycle.
* Provide requirements clarifications to developers as needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements documentation.
* Proficient in requirements writing and documentation tools.
* Experience with data analysis and SQL skills.
* Exposure to risk and compliance domains.
* Experience in an Agile development environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
