Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Working knowledge on Salesforce platform admin activities
- Performing hands-on administrative tasks such as configuration, workbench updates, Own Backup setup and data loading using data loaders
- Working directly on live production data to perform updates like account creation, manual adjustments etc.
- Creating ServiceNow documentation to support GxP compliance, Admin playbook update etc.
- Coordinating with business users to identify issues in production systems. Analyze and rectify the issues for smooth business functioning
- Preferrable experience with Cell and Gene Therapy systems - functional and technical ability with configurations, customizations, and authoring
- Great oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret functional requirements and specifications to convert into technical or process-driven solutions and configurations.
- Partner with offshore team members, functions, QA stakeholders and DTE peers for platform support, as well as enhancements and projects
- Collaborating with business partners to gather and refine requirements, determining options for solution design, delivering enhancements, integrations and contributing to technology-driven projects and initiatives
