About this Position:
Job Title: Data Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform detailed analysis of legacy pension data to document business rules and processes.

Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and develop a Final Data Analysis Plan.

Collaborate with System Integrator to map legacy and external data to new system structures.

Oversee and support data cleansing activities, including developing Data Cleansing Approach and creating cleansing scripts.

Prepare reports such as Data Cleansing/Conversion Audit Report summarizing issues and fixes.

Review and guide data conversion work, maintain Data Conversion Plan, and ensure synchronization with system implementation.

Validate and test conversion scripts, resolve data issues, and manage production conversion.

Participate in project management meetings and provide status reports on project metrics and risks.

Ensure strict adherence to data security, compliance with NDA, and protect Personally Identifiable Information.

Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure project success and maintain documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and migration, including data analysis, cleansing, and conversion.
- Proven experience working with On-Prem Oracle 19C and data integration within enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience supporting pension administration or large-scale data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Vitech V3 or V3Locity systems.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality written deliverables and maintain project documentation according to standards.
- PMP Certification (required).
- Business Data Lead / Data Manager - PMP certification
