Position: Outsystems Architect
Location: San Diego, CA (5 Days work from office)

Role Summary
We are hiring an OutSystems Architect to lead enterprise grade, scalable solution design. The ideal candidate will have deep OutSystems knowledge, strategic architectural thinking, and proven experience leading teams in complex digital transformation initiatives within the INVESTMENT BANKING sector.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable OutSystems applications using layered architecture principles.
  • Define microservices and event driven architecture strategies.
  • Lead application performance tuning and optimization.
  • Define integration strategies with banking systems and payment platforms.
  • Drive implementation of secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, IDM, SSO).
  • Support regulatory and compliance design in Investment Banking applications.
Required Skills
  • Deep expertise in OutSystems Core, Foundation, and End user modules.
  • Strong understanding of architectural best practices and scalability patterns.
  • Knowledge of Kafka based event streaming integration.
  • Experience in file processing, microservices deployment, and reporting architecture.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or equivalent BI tools for dashboard reporting.
  • DevOps knowledge: version control, CI/CD, and deployment planning.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Investment Banking or large scale Investment Banking systems.
  • Training delivery and mentoring experience.
