Job Description:
- We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs focused on network deployment and capacity development.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong program management skills, technical depth in network engineering, and a solid understanding of IP capacity planning.
- You will coordinate end-to-end program execution from planning and resource allocation to implementation and optimization ensuring seamless delivery of network infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive network deployment projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering and Capacity Planning teams to forecast, design, and scale IP networks.
- Develop project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business and technical goals.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and change requests, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Partner with vendors, construction, and field teams for fiber network expansion and upgrades.
- Support capacity development initiatives by standardizing deployment processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Track project progress, prepare executive summaries, and report on KPIs.
Experience (Required):
- 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in telecom or network infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience in Network Deployment or related engineering disciplines.
- Strong understanding of Network Engineering principles, IP Capacity Planning, and fiber network operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with technical complexity.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience (Desired):
- Experience working with service providers such as Fiber Networks or similar infrastructure organizations.
- Ability to lead impactful programs driving next-generation network connectivity.
- Exposure to large-scale IP capacity planning and cutting-edge fiber technologies.
- Collaborative work environment with engineering and operations experts.
- Familiarity with network planning tools, GIS systems, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- PMP or Agile certification a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
