Location : Santa Clara, CA Remote
- 15+ years of total experience in software or platform development, including 4+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
- Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams
