About the Role

If you are an experienced quality professional looking for an opportunity grow, Copeland has an exciting platform for you! Based in Suzhou, China. This position will be responsible for process quality control, process issue solving and continues improvement of process quality performance.

As Process Quality Control Engineer, you will:
  • Maintain and execute process quality control plan, ensure engineering specification is met
  • Correcting and improving the quality problems in production process, evaluating product quality, and continuously optimizing the level of process quality control
  • Analyze all kinds of process data such like process capability (CPK), control charts and product performance data, as well as offering proposal for improvement
  • Continuously improve process quality regarding line return parts per million, scrap control and quality kaizens
  • Ensure customer's requirements are addressed and satisfied in day-to-day production
  • Deal with customer complaints caused by internal production line
  • Review and analyze customer's requirements and make solid action plan
  • Ensure all corrective actions related to customer requirements are well implemented on production line
  • Launch new products smoothly with high level of quality
  • Lead process quality control technicians to work on daily basis

Required education, experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' quality control work experience in mechanical industry
  • Have a good understanding/knowledge about GD&T
  • Familiar with quality tools, including SPC, MSA, etc.
  • Customer oriented and high accountability
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English both for oral and written
