Role: SAP Project Manager (EPPM /FICO Background)

15-20 Years of strong working experience in EC&O, Manufacturing modules with exposure to other modules such as FICO, EPPM, CPM PS etc. with minimum 5-7 years working experience in S/4 HANA Implementation projects
Experience should be in Construction, Hi-Tech, Capital Project related business
Minimum 3-4 End to End implementation experience in S/4 HANA
Strong knowledge in SAP environment and competent to work hands-on/independently to manage the deliverables/ sign-offs
Strong in project documentation and should be able to guide team (BPML/As-IS/ Gap Analysis, solution design, configuration documents, test scripts etc) and effective written communication
Good knowledge in integration scenarios including SAP and Non-SAP
Good communication skills and able to work and influence business stakeholders and manage internal team
Experience in working and guide senior technical roles such as enterprise architect, solution architect, solution lead, and functional team lead.
Experience in governing and own enad to end solution involving design, develop, test, cutover and deploy with highest level of customer satisfaction.
Experience working directly with large-scale enterprise clients and/or supporting sales and success teams.
Experience working on SAP projects that delivered the full lifecycle of analysis, design, software development, architecture, integration, testing, and deployments.
Experience working in a functional role in the industry is a plus. Detailed knowledge of a specific industry like Construction, High-TechMFG/Life Sciences/ Retail is also a plus.
Experience with and comfortable presenting to large client groups.
Technical Expertise: Ability to explain technical details to clients and interface between functional business users and IT.
Product Demonstration: Proficiency in demonstrating SAP product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Complex Solutions: Proficiency in evaluating and presenting complex, multi-product solutions. Solutions include SAP and associated software applications .
