Our client is seeking a skilled IT Digital Adoption Analyst to join our Global Technology Solutions team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of GTS Adoption and Community Enablement, you will play a key role in enhancing user experience across enterprise applications by designing and implementing guided support using WalkMe. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with application owners to create onboarding tools, driving user engagement, and providing expert training and support on digital adoption best practices. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in IT (or related field), is a Certified WalkMe Builder, and brings 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, and familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, Workday, Ariba, and Veeva is essential. Join us in transforming digital experiences and empowering users

responsibilities:

? Collaborate with application owners to understand their needs and goals for digital adoption, ensuring they leverage WalkMe effectively in their applications.


? Design and implement Guided Help functionalities, including tooltips, visual cues, onboarding task lists, and on-demand resources, seamlessly integrated into user workflows.


? Provide expert support in utilizing WalkMe to improve user engagement, reduce learning curves, and enhance productivity across key workflows.


? Train and educate application owners and their teams on best practices for utilizing WalkMe, creating documentation and resources to support ongoing learning and usage.


? Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


? Act as a liaison between application owners and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal configuration and performance of WalkMe solutions.


? Stay current with WalkMe features, updates, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and maximize the value of digital adoption tools within BeiGene.

? Proven experience in designing and implementing user guidance and onboarding solutions in a digital environment.


? Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital adoption strategies.


? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.


? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.


? Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.




qualifications:

Education/Certifications/Experience:


? You have a diploma in IT or similar.


? Certified WalkMe Builder


? 3+ years of experience as a Digital Adoption Analyst (or similar)


? Fluent English
