Project Manager with RDK

Job Description:

• Serve as a product manager and drive key broadband software initiatives to deployment.
• Responsible for overseeing multiple projects involving ideation, development, launch, and maintenance of hardware and software components, including Broadband Gateways, WiFi products and related software products which operate on the RDK (Reference Design Kit) software stack for Residential and Commercial deployments.
• Drive and ensure alignment with all product stakeholders regarding product specifications and objectives.
• Stay current on the technology and market trends; forecast opportunities and threats to our businesses.
• Exploration and evaluation of new technologies for new product/services opportunities and better experience for end customers.
• Perform driven research and analyses and keep the rest of the team abreast through industry/competitive/technology briefs.
• Contribute to the product vision across the team and the organization.
• Define requirements for new products, features, and use cases; define acceptance criteria for each.
• Drive the development of new features and enhancements for Broadband CPE products to improve the customer experience and reduce support costs; perform high-level requirement analysis and definition, including gathering, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements from cross functional teams and stakeholders on multiple business/technical levels throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist with the development of business cases for new features.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and program leads to ensure alignment between technical, business, and field teams on product features and releases.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure a go-to-market strategy is defined and in place before a new device launch.
