SAP Security Analyst S/4HANA & GRC

Key Responsibilities:

• Work through provisioning, deprovisioning, and security defect queues in both ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, BRM, and Firefighter
• Execute user access reviews, SoD analysis, and ensure timely resolution of access issues
• Support SIT and UAT activities as part of a major APAC go-live on September 1
• Manage Fiori spaces and pages from a security standpoint
• Respond to audit-related requests, including pulling IPE and supporting audit documentation
• Ensure detail-oriented, precise handling of all security-related tasks to support compliance and risk controls
• Collaborate with internal teams and external SI (PwC) to ensure delivery and workload coverage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP Security Analyst in large, global environments
• Deep understanding of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, BRM, Firefighter)
• Experience with both S/4HANA and ECC security
• Familiarity with Fiori spaces/pages and associated security configuration
• Proven ability to support access reviews, provisioning workflows, and SoD controls
• Understanding of audit and compliance processes, including pulling IPE and handling audit support
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage a high volume of tickets in a fast-moving environment
• Must be local to the Twin Cities area and able to work onsite Tues Thurs

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting global SAP rollouts, particularly in APAC regions
• Prior experience working with PwC as a system integrator
• Willingness to relocate at own expense (if not local) may be considered for strong candidates
